His career path led him to impactful roles in various companies, recently as a teacher and team lead. Gregor's commitment to innovation prompted a career shift, aiming to create more space for innovative endeavors, a drive that also led to co-founding Blibla. To balance his professional life, Gregor engages in regular sports, music, and relaxation, aiding his creative process away from coding.

Tim is a Developer, Open Source Advocate, and Creative Technologist with a wide range of skills. After receiving his diploma in Computer Science, he started his career as a backend developer. As a co-founder of an e-commerce company he worked as the CTO, before Blibla was founded. He really enjoys working with different kinds of tech stacks (from frontend over to backend to infrastructure) and is active in the open source community. Tim also dedicates time mentoring developers and speaking at public events, helping others grow and become an expert in the tech field. When he's not working, he loves spending time in nature, creating art, performing as a VJ and playing the e-drums.
